The easiest job for 14 year olds is looking after house. Some householders need to leave home for several days or go for a trip, thus they employ someone to take care of their houses.

As a caretaker, your responsibility is to check the house and avoid theft or loss. It doesn't need any tools or skills. But you must be an honest and reliable kid. Good reputation is better than an advertisement. Otherwise, your employer may ask you to pay a deposit.  If you can prepare a toolkit which includes household tools, flashlight, notebook, pen and other necessary things, you will feel convenient when checking the house.

According to your employer's requirement, you may live there or go to his home to examine the house every day. If you want to earn more money, you can provide extra services, such as water the flowers and plants, take care of pets, receive mails and newspaper, and clean the house and so on.
